What a wicked woman!.. A 2-year old boy identified as Murtala Musa was horrifically dealt with by his step-mother. According to reports, his step mother cut his tongue, broke his arms and legs, damaged his right eye and castrated him with blade. The cause of her action was not revealed. The child is currently at Murtala Muhammad Specialist hospital (MMSH), Kano -receiving treatment.
