A man was seen brutally beating a woman in the middle of a busy street in front of a crying little girl. The man, who is reported to be the woman's husband, accused her of cheating on him, according to reports. The child is believed to be the couple's daughter. The incident is thought to have taken place in Chengdu, south-west China's Sichuan Province, on April 22.
