A giant whale shark, the largest known extant fish species, was seen circling near an offshore oilfield near southwest China's Beihai city on May 7, 2016. The shark was later on seen killed and hung in the harbor just couple hours after it was first spotted. The whale shark is the biggest fish and shark in the world.
