This happened in Ghana. It’s not certain if the young man is gay or he just likes to dress like a woman. The man can be seen being pulled by some men whose faces did not appear in the video.
At a point, someone dragged his skirt up to expose his manhood. A voice is then heard saying ‘you again’ before hitting him and pulling off his wig. See more screen grabs I took from the video below;
