Kemi Olunloyo & Samuel Welson Bail Application Hearing Postponed Over Judge’s Absence

Justice Alatuwo Fubara’s absence at the Port Harcourt Magistrate’s Court yesterday stalled the hearing on bail application of a blogger, Kemi Olunloyo, and a Port Harcourt-based publisher, Samuel Welson.

The duo are currently facing cyber crime charges for publishing untrue story to defame popular Pastor Davido Ibiyeomie, the founder of Salvation Ministries in Port Harcourt. 

Justice Fubara no show reportedly caused the two to stay back in prison.

The court however fixed 30th of March 2017 for the bail application of the suspects.
