A former Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi, on Monday, 19th December, 2016, paid a courtesy visit to the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN), Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, at the Adoration Ground, Emene in Enugu State.
The purpose of the visit remains unclear at the point of filing this report. However, there are indications that the visit may be part of Mr.Peter Obi’s spiritual consultation towards his rumoured Vice-Presidential ambition.
Obi has been in the news lately for various reasons after leaving the seat of power in Anambra State. The strong supporter of former President Goodluck Jonathan had recently taken a saintly position on various political issues as well as recently being sighted on Bourdillion Street in Lagos walking with a friend without any security detail.
Versatile Reporters recalls that Rev.Fr.Mbaka had ahead of the 2015 General Elections prophesied that Dr.Goodluck Jonathan would lose the presidential race, which eventually became fulfilled. This act has kicked many PDP members and supporters against the fierced Catholic Priest.
